Reporting Defects or Damages

If your product package arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately within 24 hours of receipt at care@tapovannaturals.com with your order number, the damaged product picture and a description of the issue. On acceptance of the request, we will pick up the damaged product package from you and re-send you the same product at our cost. Detailed instructions of return process will be informed by email from our side.
